Bee Spa-tacular is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell your personal information to others.
WEATHER: In the event of inclement weather parties will be reschedule. Inclement weather includes snow, sleet, hail, ice on roads, flooding, thunderstorms, tornadoes, tropical storms, hurricanes. We will host parties on rainy days when not severe. Decisions to travel in weather will be based on our safety and at our discretion.
ALCOHOL/DRUGS: You may serve alcohol at your party or event (on your property), Not permitted on bus. We reserve the right to refuse, terminate any bookings or parties when alcohol is being served if it gets out of control. Bee Spa-tacular LLC is not responsible for any liability that may occur before, during, or after the event for any alcohol or drug related incidents or accidents. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated around the Bee Spa-tacular bus. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination.
INJURY/IMPLIED WAIVER: Bee Spa-tacular or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained during the party as well as on the client’s property or their designated location. Waiver’s will be provided for each kid.
Events: Bee Spa-tacular LLC will park at the venue of your choice. Parties are preferably host on your private property. It is your responsibility to secure a safe, adequate parking space. When obtaining permission for public parking Bee Spa-tacular will not provide documentation or waive any rights of possible claims that may arise on public property. Bee Spa-tacular LLC is not liable if the host does not gain proper approval for the parking space. Refunds will not be issued for failure to comply with our parking policy.
The party attendees will board the bus and party will take place while bus remains stationary. (We do not drive the bus during parties).
Under no circumstances will a refund or partial refund will be issued once the party has been hosted.
The bus is for entertainment purposes only.

You must cancel all bookings. Within 48 hrs. All Deposit are non-refundable
